speaking as someone who played Planetside for roughly 5 minutes at a friend's house, I can safely say this is probably the most fun you could have in it.

I still laugh uncontrollably when I watch the WoW funeral raid in Winterspring. I think it makes me a bad person but damn its funny. Mainly at the fact that they would hold the even on a pvp server in a neutral zone instead of in an area where you would have to pvp flag to get attacked.
