Right now it says 5 PDT (8 pm server time)...how inaccurate do you think that's going to be?

Given that the first delay was by two hours and this one was by four, I'd say that it'll be up at eight. I mean, it's not like the information was JUST put on our computers. It's an activation or debugging problem they're encountering, I'd say.

You won't be able to fly inside of it, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do something else that makes sure you can't kill people.

Not to mention that the vast majority of the playerbase doesn't remember world PVP without flying mounts anyways.
