I have heard much much worse in vent/TS. Aestu sounds very normal. A slight nasal sound but nothing crazy. No real accent to speak of, and as you would imagine very clearly states what is expected. He does manage, but not micro manage.

9 level 90s and 10 85s, Damn I need another hobby.

Agreed on all but the accent. He's got an occasional New England/New York hybrid-sounding accent when it comes to stressed vowels.
