Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you and your families/friends have a fantastic holiday and I hope everyone makes it to their destinations safely.

Tomorrow I've got my parents and my in-laws coming over to our house so we can all spend Chase's first Christmas together. We're also having Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow since my wife and I were in the hospital for Thanksgiving - that 20lb turkey wasn't going to cook itself! :P

Anyways, what plans do you all have for tomorrow? Is anyone traveling for the holiday? Did you get anyone anything really awesome? (My wife and I bought my parents a Memory Lane, which should be pretty cool when they realize what's actually in the picture.) Lastly, if you get any awesome loot, share that, too!

Again, Merry Christmas, loves! <3

Merry Christmas to you and your family Eturnal! And everyone else! I effin love the holidays, reminds me of my childhood when I didn't have a care in the world.

I'm flying out to England to see family, like I do every year. Was supposed to leave last week but Heathrow got butt raped by snow. While I'm on the topic, anyone know if theres a way to lower my latency when I play wow while I'm over there? Just wondering, idk much about computers lol.

your latency increases because the physical/topological distance between you and the server increases.
want lower latency times? redirect your Data/enUS/realmlist.wtf file to EU servers

We did Christmas with my parents 2 weeks ago. They left on a trip to South America after that and won't be back until the new year. We just finished doing breakfast with my sister and her family and lunch with my brother and his fiance. They gave the kids some awesome waffle blocks from when my brother's fiance was a kid. :)

Tonight we're heading to the beach and staying with my in-laws over night. Christmas morning with them and then we'll head over to my other set of in-laws for dinner. Somewhere in all of that we'll see our bestfriends and their families.

We got my in-laws a Wii, the other in-laws a vacuum and my parents a camera. The kids have tons of toys coming their way, the notable things being an American Girl Historical doll and a Nintendo DS.

Merry Christmas FUBU :) I've had a great year chit-chatting with most of you. <3

I didn't think this would work without an EU account.

I would look into tunnelling services. Us Oceanics almost rely on those since they give a more direct connection to Blizzard servers than what we'd get normally.

I'm at 281 latency atm which is from NZ to BH (east coast right?). Without a tunnel i'd be at 4-500. I imagine that from England you'd be looking more at 200 or lower if tunnels exist in the same fashion since that's a lot closer.
I just question if the demand for it exists since most Euros would be playing in Euro servers, unlike Oceanics who have to play on Ameirkan servers.

As for Christmas, i find it really weird getting money now that i've been employed for some length of time up to Christmas. Almost every other Christmas i've been a lazy student or a bum, so getting money is AWESOME. This time i get money and it's like... oh, cool, more money!

No one but my immediate family minus my brother lives near me. Dad and sister are working Christmas, and the day after, and the day after. So we're doing some dinner the 28th.

No clue wtf I got, I am not 12 and there's not lots of things I want so when I want them I buy them myself (this is also annoying because my entire family is like this), if I don't get them it's because they're too expensive for me to buy and definitely way too expensive for a gift. When my family asked me what I wanted, I mentioned a watch and winter jacket, but they're both things I'd like to pick out myself and would be too expensive. I only really got in to Christmas mode like 3 days ago (finished finals, starting shopping and whatnot), that got my brain in to it and I was like damn... I would really like a bluray reader for my PC and a decent pair of in-ear earbuds since mine died recently, but it was like 2 days before Christmas so too late for that!

Got my dad the book "The Story of Flight: The Development of Aviation Through the Ages." Looks pretty cool. Goes all the way from the start to current with description and pictures of everything. Every couple of pages there's some retro looking ads, papers, documents and stuff in sleeves throughout the book. Also got the bluray "Crossroads Guitar Festival 2010" with Eric Clapton and some other guitar bros.

Sister wtf i don't even, just a gift certificate at a mall with like 200 stores/boutiques/etc

Mom a new wallet and address book (idk, she asked)

I would never wish for someone to be alone on Christmas. Even some I absolutely hated. Tomorrow will suck, I'm going to be alone. Merry Christmas everyone. :/

Thank you man, thank you very much. :]

I got a last minute text from a friend. He invited me to have Christmas with his family. Maybe this Christmas will actually be a good one. :)

Dinner was fantastic.

smoked salmon, foie gras, Christmas ham, and some kind of hazelnut based dessert.

Dear Alfather, after 3 hours we've all had enough of each other.

3 weeks is just insane.
