I don't know what a Togruta or a Nautolan is. Goddamn mutants.

k just wookieepedia'd them. You would, you squidgoat lover.

I'm cautiously optimistic, but I'm probably going to wait until people say it's worth it. I will be a human with a gun, and I'm going to kill all you lightsaber-wielding aliens.

I've seen all the movies and I never liked them.

I loved both kotor games, and playing 12 player Jedi Academy in one of the college's comp labs was a ton of fun, I'll be playing for sure.

Given the way that Activision is ruining Blizzard, it's either that or DCU Online...but only because it's been one of my goals for a very long time to beat Superman's ass with a kryptonite ball bat.

The alpha gameplay videos on Youtube look pretty lame. Obviously that could improve, but story alone wouldn't pull me into this.

Can the consulars use light sabres? If so, inv. Otherwise I'd be the jedi knight.

From what I've seen they can and are the ones that use the double-sided ones. However, it looks like their combat is more magic-oriented (fighting with the force rather than a lightsaber). But who knows, that's the class they've released the least info about.

As for the gameplay, I actually am optimistic about how it appears to be the characters operating independently yet still toward the same goal. In the multiplayer video I saw the trooper took aggro of the big guy, the smuggler attacked from the sides from cover, the jedi ran off and took out the adds and offtanked, while the consular healed and killed a few smaller adds. Haven't seen enough to say, but I hope it isn't like wow where you have 25 people stabbing a dragon in the shin for 8 minutes. I like the idea of the fight being more complex, with a lot of smaller enemies to manage.

Yes.

The Sage uses a 1h, and the Shadow uses a Saberstaff.

I've seen parts of a SW movie, but I don't think I've watched one from start to end.
