I went tubing with one of my instructors once.

I wiped out, really hard. I strained/sprained my whole shoulder; it's swollen, and I don't have full range of motion in it yet. Nothing's broken though, but jeebus it hurts.

And I usually shovel out our driveway, but we have neighbors with snowblowers who do the whole street. Only issue is that we don't have enough room for it; both sides of our driveway (6 car driveway) are piled 6 feet high already. It's most xlnt for jumping off the second floor porch into, but sucks for shoveling purposes.

I get injured a lot when sledding/tubing. I've gotten black eyes, a concussion, and multiple sprained wrists. I guess it's fortunate for my health that I don't live near any sleddable hills right now.
