Um.. weird? I dreamed for what felt like weeks, but I think it was only the time when I was being brought out. That was terrible though. Bad dreams you couldn't get out of, and they felt totally real. I thought I had lost my legs, and was like.. unable to move or do anything on my own, which was horrifying for me. I also lost my voice and was unable to communicate. There was a lot of weird shit that happened too.. but that kind of sucked. Those are my most vivid memories from it.
When I finally woke up I just didn't know where I was... then when I figured it out, I didnt understand why I was 3 hours south of where I JUST was, hooked up to machines and shit.
Also, I missed the Matrix Reloaded. It came out right after I went into the coma. And went out of theatres before I was able to fully function on my own again. That was also kinda amusing, I thought.
I can't imagine, but you have to admire the brain for going from "traumatic weeks" to "oh shit I missed the Matrix Reloaded".
I noticed something similar in most of my normal dreams. If I'm experiencing it as "myself" (though I'm never really sure), whenever I try to run, it doesn't work. Like the legs are there but the mechanics of the human body running doesn't work. Never really put much thought into it.
Now I'm wondering if that's a common thing.
