Nah I post from my laptop sometimes.

I just don't generally read the forums unless I'm out and I'm using my phone. I usually don't wait to reply. So things will continue on as normal.

You may be in luck. If I can't play games or go out ill spend more time on the computer so more reading and less tapatalk signing.

EDIT: @Azelma: I was walking home from work when I got tackled from behind. Got up and went to get my ipod. #1 grabs it and I grab him. #2 grabs the ipod and I go after him. 3 more bros show up in the meantime. All bad.

I think this "black attitude" thing is less common than it appears. The Rutgers law school is in Newark, which is poor and mostly black. I walk just over a mile from the train station to the law building every day, and I don't see a lot of $500 shoes. I see a lot of well-worn jackets and pants that probably haven't had a wash in a few days. On days I get out of class a bit before 4, there's groups of younger teens in school uniforms, which I see as a good sign because it means they're going to school.

Yes, I believe those wannabe ballers and rappers and whatever-other-shit-ers exist. I don't think it's a majority, but they're the loudest and most obnoxious, and we fixate on that because we want to justify the learned fears we have of blacks generally.

Luckily, I look too cheap (and possibly too big so not worth the effort) to mug.

Case and point. In Philly, my cousin is standing at a bus stop with his friend. Little black shit head runs up to my cousin and sucker punches him in the face, then runs around the corner. My cousin's friend decides to chase the little black shit head around the corner to kick his ass (bad idea). Around said corner, 5 more black shit heads are waiting. They all jump my cousin's friend and take all his shit.

You know, a good way to piss on racism would be to never use these terms, and just say American.

Agree 100%, but we use those terms because we live in a politically correct society that forces us to walk on eggshells. I was being critical of black culture, so I wanted to use PC terms so people wouldn't accuse me of being racist (seriously, eggshells). Funny how no one ever calls me a European-American though. I like to quote Teddy Roosevelt:

Basicly this. I don't like violence as is. Prior too getting my growth spurt, I got into like 2-3 almost fights. I always just approached them as a joke and avoided the person the entire time (with the exception of one guy who had a crazy long reach and kinda grazed me), I'm pretty elusive. I once used cheat codes to get out of a fight and sometimes I would just act crazy or throw myself really hard into some lockers and then punch myself really fast in the jaw alternating hands.

No one wants to fight a crazy person, whether he's "lolcrazy" or "HE WILL FUCKING STAB YOU" crazy.

Recently, anytime I get into a confrontation I just say gay things like "Do you want to kiss me" or call them cute and ask if we can hold hands. This typically works and is really lulz. Defensive trolling!

as far as the hispanic/black thing, for us it was just due to the whole GANGSTA ATTITUDE. made no sense, but that was reason enough to hate each other and stir up shit in school and at home.

not disagreeing, it's just growing up in the lifestyle or area changes your look on everything, which just leads to everything else not being as easy or simple as it should be. i read lucinth's story about getting jumped and instantly thought "why doesn't he carry a knife or something". it comes natural to me, even living in some suburb where the most exciting thing to happen is my malamute howling at random sirens that you'd hear go down the street.

ps loosinth this is an acceptable reason that we did not start secret of mana this weekend. however it still must happen.
