I don't think he ever tossed a few million to the third apple founder, Ronald Wayne. Poor guy sells rare coins and shit after selling his 10% share in Apple for $800. Yes, 10% would be worth $35B now, but he hit rough times and resisted going back.
STILL
Jobs and Wozniack could afford to help him out a bit. Unless I hear something countering this, I'm not going to budge from my dislike of Jobs.

Wayne also stated that he felt the Apple enterprise "would be successful, but at the same time there would be bumps along the way and I couldn't risk it. I had already had a rather unfortunate business experience before. I was getting too old and those two were whirlwinds. It was like having a tiger by the tail and I couldn't keep up with these guys"
Why should Jobs and Woz give him anything? Steve Jobs tried to recruit him back to Apple and he resisted. I understand it sucks for him...but he let his fear of failure prevent him from going in on it. Jobs and Woz are supposed to compensate him for a company HE gave up on...or didn't want to keep up with? I'm sorry, but WAT?
I just don't see how you can blame the two for this. HE decided to leave Apple, he wasn't forced to sell his shares, he did so by himself. They even tried to get him to come back and he refused.
That's like a guy quitting on a team after the first two games of the season because he's afraid of getting injured, then when the team wins the Superbowl, you expect them to give the guy a ring anyway because "it's the right thing to do" or something?
I don't understand how you can hold this against Jobs at all. He and Woz were willing to accept all the risk because they believed in it...Wayne claims he believed in it, but didn't want any risk, yet he is somehow owed money?
