It's funny (or sad and pathetic?) how you keep giving the same one-liners no matter how hard and how many times they're debunked. It's been explained to you why Obamacare is flawed but better than the immediate alternatives.

The bicameral legislature was never meant to be a means towards logjam, which is why we have the veto override. It doesn't work anymore because the FFs expressly said that a two-party system would be the nation's undoing.
The GOP doesn't use the bicameral mechanic to stop legislation, they use filibuster and esoteric procedural rules that are not part of the Constitution but have become part of the Senate's tradition (which is also why VPs don't hang around the Senate as they are in theory supposed to), so the bicameral argument doesn't even apply.
Fwiw, filibustering by hypocritical right-wingers was a major factor in the fall of the Roman Republic. Go read about the political career of Cato the Younger.
