It applies in all situations and should be allowed to.

I feel like you wouldn't say this if you were black, hispanic, or muslim.
But okay.
Welcome to regional differences! It isn't the same here as it is in other parts of the world.
I wouldn't want to be white in Somalia either.
Because of people who think like you, unfortunately.
It's unfortunate that parts of the world are as bad as they are. It's unfortunate some stereotyping is based upon factual evidence.
It's not unfortunate that I'm not self-righteous enough to denounce things as wrong when it's how they should be.

If you're going to make an issue of what you believe is power corruption, you should make sure the power is actually being abused. Being an asshole and trolling police is different from being beaten to death while you walk the street.

Look, I'm not out here saying we're as bad as some third world dictatorships (though prisoners in Guantanamo Bay being held indefinitely might disagree), but this "oh it's not that bad" attitude and this "you should just do what you're told" attitude isn't good.
None of it matters because there aren't enough people to make the necessary sacrifices to change anything. So unless you're willing to pick up a gun and actually take part in a revolution to change what you believe to be injustice, then you accept everything for what it is. I should mention to that any armed revolution is going to end in the very system of government you hate so much. I would love it if Utopia were possible and the world really would take care of each other, but that's not how the universe works.
If you are weak, you will die. If you are strong, you will live.
All life has, is, and will forever be subject to this one rule. It's not coincidence is drives the very nature of our existence.
