The last one will never be legal for safety reasons, at least until theaters are radically redesigned. I doubt anyone would argue that kicking a dog represents some kind of essential human freedom/right, or at least not anyone with a functional brain and a sense of morality. Flag burning? Whatever, it's like 20 cents of material and they're factory-produced. There isn't much sanctity to preserve when you realize they're churned out of a big mill operated primarily by people who aren't citizens, made with fabric imported from a textile country. National pride, on a purely emotional, irrational basis, is more or less fine. But it's just a fucking flag, man.

But hey, if there's enough room for their antics in the theater and they're being nice enough to do it during those worthless little ads before the previews start and not covering nearby viewers with jizz, why not? It's not like 13-year-olds don't give blowjobs in crowded movie theaters, after all.
